Warranty Coverage
Under Italian and EU consumer law, every Triungulo Lab pedal is covered by a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for defects existing at the time of delivery. This covers internal components, potentiometers, switches, and wiring during normal musical use. It does not cover damage resulting from incorrect power supply voltage (always use regulated center-negative 9V DC), liquid spills, physical drops, or unauthorized internal modifications.
If your pedal develops a genuine defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost. If the damage is instead due to misuse or an accident on your end, we're still happy to help — in that case we'll offer a repair at minimum cost.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your Triungulo Lab purchase, you can return the articles within 14 days of receipt to return or exchange them. In order to be replaced, your items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and returned in their original packaging with all the contents. If so, we will refund your money for the item, not including postal charges. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition, we do reserve the right to deduct up to 35% of the original selling price from the refund amount according to the conditions of the received item. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Refunds are allowed within 14 days from the date of payment. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged because of our error. If the goods get damaged because of your misuse we can only offer you a repair work at minimum cost. Please, remember that we are a small company and we try to do our best all the time but everything can happens in electronics. So, we invite you to write us to show eventual problems first. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once you receive our returns authorisation, pack the items as in the e-mail instructions and send them to the address given.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
Please contact us first before sending anything back — we'll walk you through the process and provide return authorization. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase, and we'll ask you to download and complete the RMA form before shipping. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll send you packaging and shipping instructions by email.
